Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Calgary Trinity Hills at Olympic Park is looking for a Sales (Fitness Advisor) to recruit new members, understand their goals, and recommend how to reach them. You will tour the club, educate on services, and build a pipeline of potential members through proactive outreach.

The role offers a base wage of $17.25/hour plus commissions, with total annual compensation ranging from $35,800 to $54,000, depending on hours, performance, and variable pay.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and working with new members to understand their specific health and fitness goals and provide recommendations for how they can achieve those goals.
• Building a pipeline of potential members using the tools and resources made available to you by GoodLife
• Touring potential members around the club, educating them on how we can support them toward achieving their overall health and fitness goals
• Creating a plan for new member success, leveraging appropriate GoodLife service offerings
• Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent member follow-up
