Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is looking for a Sales (Fitness Advisor) to recruit and engage new members, understanding their health goals and offering tailored recommendations. You will build a pipeline, tour the club, and educate potential members on how we can support their fitness journey.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to connect with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Building a pipeline of potential members using tools and resources provided by GoodLife
• Touring potential members around the club, educating them on how we can support their health and fitness goals
• Creating a plan for new member success, leveraging appropriate GoodLife service offerings
• Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent member follow-up
