Job summary

LIVunLtd currently has an opening for a Program Coordinator (Mat Leave Coverage) in Downtown Vancouver. We are searching for a dynamic leader to be part of our professional fitness & wellness team, who has the talent and desire to offer exemplary care and customer service to our corporate members, guests and staff.

The term of the 1-year contract will be from November 2026 to October 2027. This is a salaried full-time position with a health benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or related field.
• Current Personal Training Certification (CSEP-CEP, CSEP-CPT or similar).
• nationally recognized group exercise certification and class skills an asset.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Enthusiastic and professional manner suitable to a corporate fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Exercise Floor Supervision: assist with supervising the strength, cardio and stretching areas.
• Customer Service: greet and engage with members, process new member applications, conduct orientations and fitness consultations/assessments.
• Facility: assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, administration.
• Wellness: assist with Lunch and Learns, fitness challenges, special events.
• Personal Training: Manage personal training program and conduct sessions outside scheduled hours.

• Customer Service: greet and engage with members, process new member applications, conduct orientations and fitness consultations/assessments.
• Facility: assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, administration.
• Wellness: assist with Lunch and Learns, fitness challenges, special events, etc.
• Personal Training: Manage personal training program. Conduct personal training sessions outside of scheduled work hours.
