Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC for a Gym Equipment Technician. The Gym Equipment Technician will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of gym equipment. Daily tasks will include performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management and repairing equipment issues, and ensuring all gym equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. The technician will also communicate with clients and provide recommendations for equipment care.

What You’ll Do :

• Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of fitness and gym equipment
• Perform routine inspections to ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment
• Provide expert advice on equipment usage, maintenance, and upgrades
• Assist with equipment deliveries and on-site setup when needed

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment
• Experience in a similar role or working with gym equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
