Job description

We are searching for a Fitness Equipment Technician to service our clubs in Northwest Indiana. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

As a member of the PF Technician team, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of all equipment and overseeing all areas of our facilities to ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, and repair equipment issues efficiently
• Maintain and repair amenities such as hydro machines and tanning beds
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Order and install parts promptly
• Source external help when necessary
• Keep workspace organized and clean

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or over
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Honest, punctual, dependable
• CPR/AED certification (training provided if needed)
• Valid driver’s license for travel

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking during shifts
• Reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to chemicals

Compensation: $50,000/year
