Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Fitness Coach, located at 518 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for leading small group exercise sessions, providing personalized fitness training, and offering continuous support and guidance throughout the class. Daily tasks include reviewing and mastering the WOD, instructing clients on proper exercise techniques, providing challenges and regressions based on members' needs, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. The Fitness Coach will also ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients before and after each class.
