You may contribute your expertise by…

• Reading English text to rank responses produced by an AI model.
• Writing and rewriting prompts and responses, which may involve research and fact-checking.
• Assessing the factuality and relevance of AI-produced text.

Examples of Desirable Expertise

• Experience as a professional writer or editor.
• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in a writing-related discipline at a highly selective institution.
• A strong sense of writing style, with exceptional English spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to clearly explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text.

Payment

• Core project work pays an average of USD $35 per hour for English writing experts in the US.
• Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, may have lower rates. Incentive payments may also be available. Please review payment terms for each project.
