Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a First Cook to join our culinary team at The Varscona Hotel on Whyte and Ampersand 27. We are a hospitality group dedicated to exceptional experiences and proud of our Associates.

You will assist in preparing delicious dishes, set up workstations and ingredients, and help supervise kitchen staff, catering functions and inventory. We offer flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of culinary experience required.
• Previous culinary experience required.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our First Cook, you will be working with our Culinary team to passionately assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, as well as assisting in the supervision of kitchen staff, catering functions and inventory management.
