Job summary

The Prince George Hotel in Halifax is seeking a skilled 1st Cook to lead kitchen operations, prepare and present high-quality dishes, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee food safety, manage inventory, reduce waste, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction while supporting menu development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a chef role as a 1st Cook or similar.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
