The Prince George Hotel in Halifax is seeking a skilled 1st Cook to prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes while mentoring staff in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will uphold food safety standards, manage a clean workstation, supervise kitchen teams, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a 1st Cook or similar role.
• Strong food preparation, safety, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
