SafetyCo is seeking a Part-Time First Aid/CPR Instructor to deliver in-person training in Barrie and/or Vaughan. The role requires current Canadian Red Cross certification and the ability to train individuals and workplace groups, combining classroom instruction with hands-on practice.
Responsibilities include delivering courses, assessing participants, maintaining training records, and representing SafetyCo to clients.
The First Aid Instructor delivers First Aid, CPR, and emergency response training to individuals and workplace groups, following the standards and requirements of the applicable training provider. The role requires the instructor to be currently certified by the Canadian Red Cross as a First Aid/CPR Instructor and to maintain all required instructor certifications and credentials in good standing. The position combines classroom instruction with hands‑on skills training, participant assessment, and accurate completion of training and certification records. The role also requires frequent standing, walking, demonstrating practical skills, and working with First Aid training equipment.
