Job summary

Marketsupport Canada seeks dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent fire safety products at Home Depot stores during the Fall 2026 campaign in Victoria, BC. Shifts are 4 hours on weekends with a flexible schedule and fully paid training prior to your first shift.

Earn $20 per hour with travel time unpaid and no mileage reimbursement. You will educate customers, engage shoppers, complete a pre-call report, and confirm your arrival with the Program Coordinator by text.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand and interact with customers for the entire 4-hour shift.
• Cell phone capable of sending text messages and taking photos.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about our client’s fire safety products.
• Proactively approach customers and remain engaged throughout your shift.
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift.
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift.
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner.
