Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent fire safety products at Home Depot stores in Timmins, ON. The role offers a flexible weekend schedule, a 4-hour shift (10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) with a choice of Saturdays or Sundays during the Fall 2026 campaign.

All training is fully paid, and you will report to a Program Coordinator via text at shift start. The position emphasizes customer engagement, professionalism, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous experience as Brand Ambassador or in retail/sales is an asset.
• Ability to stand for a 4-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about fire safety products.
• Proactively approach customers and stay engaged during the shift.
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift.
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift.
• Represent Marketsupport and the client in a friendly and professional manner.
