Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking dynamic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a fire safety product at Home Depot stores in the Kitchener area during the Fall 2026 campaign. Earn $20/hour with flexible weekend schedules and fully paid training.

You will greet customers, educate them about the product, and complete required training before shifts. Shifts are 4 hours; choose Saturday or Sunday between Sept 26 and Oct 17, 2026. Dress code: black pants and steel-toe shoes.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous Brand Ambassador or retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about our client's fire safety products.
• Proactively approach customers and remain engaged throughout your shift.
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift.
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift.
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner.
