Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent fire safety products at Home Depot stores in the Kitchener Area. You will engage customers, educate them, and support a national sales and merchandising team with a flexible weekend schedule.

We're offering $20.00/hour for a 4-hour shift, fully paid training, and the opportunity to choose weekends that fit your availability during the Fall 2026 campaign.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident approaching customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous Brand Ambassador or retail experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about fire safety products
• Proactively approach customers and stay engaged during your shift
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner
