Fire safety and protection LLC in Ottawa is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Executive to drive new business in fire alarm and sprinkler systems. You will develop strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales within fire protection, strong knowledge of building codes, and proven ability to close opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of sales experience in fire protection industry or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems market.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and other industry stakeholders.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery from proposal to completion.
Prepare and deliver detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and sales contracts.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about latest products, regulations and provide technical advice when needed.
Complete mandatory daily CRM updates and reporting.
