Job summary

Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is hiring an Investment Representative to own client acquisition at our Markham/TO locations. You will build your book through proactive outreach, close deals, and serve as the face of Moomoo in the community.

This is a hunter role requiring energy, drive, and fintech enthusiasm. You will drive onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a fast-paced sales culture with competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer-facing financial advisory or brokerage services
• Hunter mindset — proactively create leads
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and brokerage platforms
• Canadian investment or banking background preferred
• Detail-oriented with compliance documentation experience
• Tech-savvy with digital platforms and CRM systems
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Able to manage goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek and acquire new clients through events, partnerships, walk-in traffic, and community outreach with a hunter mindset
• Deliver legendary, customer-centric service to maximize retention and referrals
• Onboard new clients: account opening, platform setup, and guided app walkthroughs
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual client acquisition KPIs and sales targets
• Identify opportunities within your portfolio to cross-refer investment products
• Coordinate and lead in-store events, workshops, and brand activations
• Handle client inquiries and escalate complex cases promptly
• Maintain compliance with IIROC/CIRO and company policies
• Mentor team members and contribute to high-performance culture
• Provide feedback to improve service workflows
