Job summary

Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is seeking an Investment Representative to support retail, active trader, and high-net-worth clients from our Toronto office. You will handle trade support, retention efforts, and expert service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to ensure regulatory adherence while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role reports to the Vice President, Customer Success.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Minimum 3–5 years in financial services, preferably brokerage.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trading strategies, and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline trade support for client trades, inquiries, and platform navigation across asset classes.
• Identify clients at risk of attrition and implement strategic retention initiatives.
• Address client complaints with a solution‑oriented approach while following CIRO standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to improve client experience within regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on market developments to offer relevant insights for trading decisions.
• Document, analyze, and communicate effectively using Feishu, BBM, and Excel across teams.
• Adapt to a dynamic, high‑growth environment with changing daily challenges.
