Job summary

Mortgage Automator is seeking a Client Solutions professional to提供 exceptional technical support, manage customer accounts and conduct QA testing for our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, document interactions in the CRM and help maintain a knowledge base.

The role blends office and remote work in a hybrid setup, with initial in-office probation. The team prioritizes customer success, thorough issue analysis, and continuous improvement of our software

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Quality Assurance, or related field is asset.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in technical support, client support, software support, SaaS, fintech, mortgage lending, or quality assurance is considered.
• Comfortable working with numbers, calculations, reports, and data-driven issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented and methodical in identifying and documenting issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Escalate issues as required.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on our software.
• Document interactions in the CRM and maintain knowledge base.
