Job summary

Bank of Montreal Capital Markets is seeking a student/early-career professional to support the Client Onboarding team within Client Enablement. You will develop automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce risk while helping maintain client documentation and dashboards.

The role requires coursework in data analytics or computer science, plus experience with Power Automate, Python/SQL, and Adobe InDesign. Collaborative, offshore-team coordination is part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Currently in undergraduate studies or non-MBA masters program with a graduation date of December 2027, 2028, 2029.
• Proven track record of excellent academic standing and extracurricular involvement.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.
• Experience with AI, data analytics, or coding (Python, SQL, VBA).
• Experience with process automation tools like Power Automate.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for document creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions (Power Automate, workflow tools, low-code) to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Assist with creating, updating and maintaining client documentation using Adobe InDesign.
• Leverage AI (LLM, Agentic) to drive process efficiency.
• Design and produce metrics reports and dashboards.
• Manage and maintain the online portal for electronic delivery of confirmations and statements.
