Job summary

Data Communications Management Corp. (DCM) is seeking a Finishing Operator in Brampton to run general finishing equipment, perform hand work, and assist in the Bindery and Fulfillment areas. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.

– 3:00 p.m., with a starting rate of 18.67 CAD per hour. You will operate laminators, binding machines, drills, wrappers and more, ensuring quality and production efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of work experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of imperial measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow docket instructions and ensure final product matches.
• Set up equipment based on job specs and monitor quality.
• Log damaged forms and arrange re-runs as needed.
• Run assigned equipment to meet production requirements while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Follow health and safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in other Binders/Bindery areas as needed by the Manager or Lead Hand.
