Job Opportunity: Fine Dining Waiter at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Fine Dining Waiter to join the team at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High. This venue offers an intimate 12-seat Chef's table experience on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday for 12 guests. It elevates the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to new heights, providing the pinnacle of culinary excellence with panoramic views across London’s skyline.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service with excellent product knowledge, creating memorable guest experiences.
• Manage a section and supervise junior team members.
• Support the team to ensure a consistently positive dining experience.
• Use interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to meet high standards and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Michelin Star environment as a Chef de Rang or similar supervisory role.
• Passion for delivering high-level service in an engaging and informative manner.
• Thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Desire to learn and improve continuously.
• Hold WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
