Job summary

Playground Poker, a premier dining destination near Montreal, is seeking a Busser for our fine dining environment. You will assist wait staff, clear and reset tables, and maintain spotless, stocked workstations to ensure smooth service.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role requiring excellent communication in English and French. Responsibilities include preparing the dining room for service, supporting servers during peak periods, and assisting with stock management and waste removal.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and French).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the team of waiters.
• Clear, clean and reset tables.
• Keep all working stations clean and stocked.
• Keep all dining areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare the dining room for service.
• Assist and support servers during service.
• Close the dining room for service.
• Clean and restock stations; bring clean glasses to the bar.
• Place stock away and retrieve stock.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins.
• Deliver dishes to guests at appropriate tables and seats under supervision.
