Job summary

Lahal Management LP in Metro Vancouver (Richmond) is seeking a friendly BusPerson to support servers and the Food & Beverage team in a high-energy dining environment. You will help keep the dining area clean, stocked, and ready for guests, while delivering food and beverages where needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
• Ability to obtain a Gaming Worker license
• Serving it Right Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in seating guests and support servers during busy periods
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain clean, stocked tables and service areas
• Restock cutlery, glassware, plates, condiments, and stations
• Deliver food and beverages as needed
• Monitor guest needs and relay requests to servers or management
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties
• Handle cleaning tasks and maintain sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with all departments
• Build positive relationships with guests and team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
