Job description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising, coordinating, and coaching a team of financing analysts handling moderately to highly complex files for non-retail clients.
  2. Managing workflows, assigning resources, and ensuring operational continuity through follow-ups and controls.
  3. Analyzing financing files, preparing recommendations, and describing financing and follow-up conditions along with required guarantees.
  4. Sharing analysis results with account managers and proposing additional solutions as needed.
  5. Conducting periodic reviews of complex financing files.
  6. Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and legislation related to financial products and services.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least six years of relevant experience; other qualifications may be considered.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
