Job summary

FCC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Systems to lead finance system platforms, drive business process improvements, and mentor team members. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize financial operations and implement new processes.

The role requires a strategic, analytical thinker with strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across finance and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business or commerce.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems, business process development or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems and business process optimization.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into clear business insights.
• Proven expertise in analyzing complex requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with finance systems (SAP S/4HANA & Concur is an asset).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting system transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and financial data management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support finance system and business process initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial system issues.
• Analyze complex business requirements, including system capabilities, and accounting policy application.
• Recommend how finance data should be structured, stored and leveraged for decision-making.
• Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Mentor and support team members on finance systems and best practices.
