Job summary

GTR Worldwide, a Canadian immigration, recruitment, and settlement company, is seeking two sales professionals to provide financial product advice, build client relationships, and achieve targets.

You will identify prospective clients, assess financial needs and risk, present proposals, process applications, and coordinate with operations for account setup and servicing, while maintaining accurate records and staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and common digital communication tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work independently with attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass employment background and reference checks; willing to obtain any required industry certifications or registrations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotes, and application documentation to clients.
• Execute sales transactions, process applications, and coordinate with operations for account setup and servicing.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in customer relationship management systems.
• Stay informed about product features, market developments, and regulatory requirements; participate in ongoing training.
