Job summary

GTR Worldwide in Canada is hiring a financial advisor to provide tailored financial advice and develop strategies to help clients meet short- and long-term objectives. Build and maintain client relationships while monitoring portfolios and market conditions.

You will meet with clients, assess needs, design plans, recommend investment products, monitor performance, and stay compliant. Strong knowledge of financial products, planning software, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial services, investment advising, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market principles.
• Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management software and standard office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to complete industry-required registrations or certifications and to undergo background checks as applicable.
