As a Financial Services Representative:
You will be part of a dedicated team providing an exceptional Member Experience. Your responsibilities include understanding Members' financial needs, supporting day-to-day banking transactions, and identifying opportunities for advisory sales such as opening accounts, offering credit, deposits, and wealth referrals.

• Identify and fulfill Member account requests and promote relationship growth through referrals.
• Advise Members on investment and credit products, recommending suitable solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect Members’ privacy.
• Resolve Member concerns proactively and develop action plans to prevent issues.
• Participate in branch activities and community programs to expand Member relationships.

• Build internal relationships within the Member Experience teams and cross-functional departments.
• Communicate openly, promote inclusivity, and foster a sense of belonging.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development aligned with Meridian values.

Community Engagement:

• Represent Meridian in community activities and events.
