Job summary

You’ll meet members, assess loan applications, explain options, and ensure compliance with policies. Bilingual French/English is an asset; travel between Wellington and O'Leary branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in lending, financial services, or advisory roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Ability to travel between Wellington and O'Leary branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial education and advice on day-to-day banking, loans, investments, and deposits.
• Meet with members in person or digitally to assess needs and guide them to best solutions.
• Assess loan applications by analyzing creditworthiness and setting limits within authority.
• Ensure loan agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies.
• Promote deposits and refer to planning partners when appropriate.
