Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Investments to support Financial Planners by handling administrative investment activities and assisting with client engagements. You will optimize client interactions, refer clients to the right specialist, and help analyze files to propose suitable investment solutions while upholding compliance and risk management standards.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, or a college diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring.
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
  • Basic investment knowledge.
  • Experience in administrative support and processing investment, financing and transaction products.
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients.

Your job:
