Position: Financial Service Representative

You will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit via monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build exceptional customer sales experiences through in-person, phone, and email engagement.
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals by building their credit.
• Identify opportunities for financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products.
• Review and evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Gather all necessary information to process customer applications accurately.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communicator, people and results-oriented, with a drive to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Compassionate, with integrity, caring deeply for customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).
