Position: Financial Service Representative

You’ll be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit via monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build superior customer sales experiences through in-person, phone, and email engagement
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products
• Educate and empower customers to build their credit and achieve financial goals
• Cross-sell financial products and add-ons
• Explain terms and conditions of financial products
• Review and evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessments
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts
• Gather detailed information to process customer applications accurately

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communicator, results-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Compassionate, with integrity and a deep care for customers
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
