Our client, a well-established leader in Ireland’s infrastructure and development landscape, is looking to appoint a skilled FP&A Manager to strengthen its financial planning function. This is a high-impact role reporting into the Head of Finance and playing a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling at both operational and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across the business.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, partnering with divisional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and variance analysis to inform executive decision-making.
• Enhance the business’s understanding of financial performance through insightful commentary and proactive financial analysis.
• Support long-term planning through integrated P&L, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting.
• Continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency and usability of financial data and planning tools.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and cost-control measures.
• Drive consistency and best practice across financial planning processes.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• 5+ years’ experience working in an FP&A function
• Advanced financial modelling skills with strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP BPC or similar tools a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data into strategic insight and to influence decision-makers.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confident communicator who can engage across finance and non-finance functions.
