SHR Talent is partnering with a fast-growing PE-backed and highly profitable multi-site healthcare company for its search for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a pivotal opportunity to help build and scale the financial planning and analysis function from the ground up. As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll work closely with a long-tenured, trusted finance leader who is assembling a high-performing team to support rapid growth, strategic planning, and decision-making across the organization.

An ideal candidate for the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis position will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence senior leadership, and a high attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, growth opportunities, and return on investment
• Partner with business unit leaders to analyze performance, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven decisions
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages with clear insights, variance analysis, and recommendations
• Drive the development of dashboards, BI tools, and financial reporting enhancements
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions and de novo expansion efforts through modeling, integration analysis, and post-acquisition tracking
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure alignment on financial data and planning assumptions
• Serve as a key liaison to private equity sponsors, preparing recurring and ad hoc financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license, preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
• Experience in a healthcare, multi-site, or PE-backed environment, strongly preferred
• Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills
• Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau
