As the FP&A Manager, your job duties will include:

1. Leading analysis that drives revenue and profitability
2. Building models and updating variables in existing models
3. Leading forecasting and identifying trends for operational teams
4. Reviewing capital budgeting proposals and making acceptance recommendations to leadership
5. Overseeing the annual budget
6. Conducting variance and margin analysis
7. Leading a team of 2 financial analysts

You are the right person if you have:

1. 7 years of financial analysis experience
2. 2 years of FP&A leadership experience
