Position Overview:
The Financial Planning Analyst will work with regional finance teams to prepare and support financial analysis and reporting for global results.

• The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:

• Prepare reports and support analysis accurately and timely.
  • Develop financial models for requests such as free cash flow, revenue, profit margin, and regulatory impact analysis.
  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Conduct research as needed.
  • Perform peer checks for report accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and support monthly/quarterly reporting packages and presentations for leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis on financial and commercial results.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Complete recurring and ad hoc analyses and presentations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; working towards CPA or MBA; understanding of IFRS.
• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Strong financial, reporting, and analytical skills with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive relationship building.
• Effective time management to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong system aptitude, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables); experience with PowerBI and report development is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated learner and team player.
• High standards for quality output.
