Job description

Position Function: Reporting to the FP&A Manager at Caldic North America Inc., the incumbent will support all stages of the project plan, from assessment and design to implementation and post go-live validation and controls.

Scope: The FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A, Commercial, and IT teams with monthly reporting and budgeting processes under the newly developed Data Harmonization structure. The role involves facilitating interaction between Commercial, Operations, Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and implementation.

Major tasks and duties include:

  1. Primary Duties:
  2. Participate as a key member of the Data Harmonization project team.
  3. Manage customer mapping and ensure data integrity in monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  4. Align customer segmentation and modify data to support customer changes.
  5. Assess process impacts and collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary modifications.
  6. Set up budget files and templates under the new data structure.
  7. Work with the BI team to develop dashboards and validate outputs.
  8. Modify planning tools to fit the new data structure.

Other Duties:

  1. Support logistics with customer mapping realignment and freight cost analysis.
  2. Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence Team to validate KPIs and data accuracy before Go-Live.
  3. Build data validation models to ensure accurate transition of customer data (Volume, COGS, GP).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Process-oriented with an analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing and distribution industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
