In this role as a Planning Analyst, you will work closely with the Planning and Sales teams to support both retail and wholesale channels. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales and inventory data to help drive business decisions. Through regular reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy inventory levels, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the execution of seasonal strategies.

Some of What You’ll Do :

  • Pull, consolidate, and update weekly sales, inventory, and order data for both retail and wholesale channels.
  • Maintain and update planning tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards across all channels.
  • Monitor product performance, sell-through, and promotional activity; flag risks and identify opportunities.
  • Support in-season forecasting of sales, inventory, and returns to ensure alignment with targets and adjust plans as needed.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Open-to-Buy (OTB) reports; identify variances, opportunities, and risks.
  • Contribute to seasonal planning and hindsight analysis to inform future strategies.
  • Help track account-level profitability and performance for wholesale partners.
  • Coordinate product information and ensure data accuracy across planning tools.
  • Build recap decks and presentations with clear charts and performance summaries for internal use.
  • Partner with Buying, Allocation, Sales, and Finance teams to support cross-functional alignment and inventory flow.
  • Assist with markdown and aged inventory tracking; propose actions to maintain stock health.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions and respond to emerging trends
  • Problem Solving & Decision ability : Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Buying, or a related retail / wholesale function.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly present findings and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
