Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Must meet regulatory/licensing requirements for a Financial Planner in employment jurisdiction.
• Advanced working knowledge of the financial industry.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Deep collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Influence skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engage with new and existing customers to assess needs and grow loyalty.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new business.
• Engage clients to grow the bank’s business through appointments and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients for personal and commercial banking products.
• Support achievement of sales and performance targets.
• Create and implement a relationship management plan to meet client needs.
• Respond to investment requests and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommend solutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service to clients.
• Introduce clients to investment strategies and help set financial goals.
