Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning Assistant

Join to apply for the Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning Assistant role at RBC.

This position supports a top-producing Financial Planner by providing administrative support, managing client contacts via phone, fax, and email, and developing relationships with service partners to ensure efficient transaction processing. The role involves managing office routines, preparing materials for meetings and marketing, and maintaining files and records.

Location: Vancouver Branch, 1025 Georgia St W, Vancouver, Canada. Full-Time or Part-Time, 37.5 hours/week, Salaried employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive service to client requests via fax, email, and phone.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of client transactions.
  • Develop awareness of referral sources and organizational processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
  • Build customer loyalty through excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of RBC systems is an asset.
