The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is a regulatory agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General. The AGCO is responsible for regulating the alcohol, gaming, horseracing, and private cannabis retail sectors in Ontario, in accordance with the principles of honesty and integrity, and in the public interest.

We are seeking dynamic team players for the Financial Officer role within the Finance and Risk Management Division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on revenue recognition, expense processing, accounts receivable, and internal controls. The role ensures the accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and analysis of financial transactions in alignment with accounting standards, AGCO policies, and provincial directives. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise in financial systems and processes, support audit readiness and public reporting requirements, and contribute to the development and implementation of internal financial policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
