Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reports to support decision-making.
Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Develop forecasts, financial models, and ad hoc reporting for management.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and management reporting packages.
Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Lead and support finance-related projects, including process improvement and technology initiatives.
Evaluate finance processes and implement efficiency improvements.
Document policies and workflows to support internal controls.
