Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a district leader to recruit, onboard, train, and coach Financial Advisors during their first four years under contract. You will source candidates via community contacts and referrals, support licensing education, and shape business plans with clients.

Leading onboarding, delivering product knowledge and sales process training, and mentoring Advisors to achieve financial objectives are core duties. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in financial services.
• Valid Life Insurance license for the district province.
• Mutual funds license required or to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and coach Financial Advisors during their first four years under contract.
• Source candidates through community contacts and referrals.
• Monitor and analyze Advisors’ activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
