We seek highly motivated & Independent Financial Insurance Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice & personalized insurance solutions to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments & financial reviews to understand clients' insurance needs, and financial goals.
- Insurance Solutions: Recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, health, disability, long-term care, and property & casualty insurance, to meet clients' needs.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting, purchasing, and managing insurance policies, ensuring they have adequate coverage & understand policy terms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with current & relevant information.
- Client Relationships: Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and claims assistance.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets & business development goals through proactive client engagement, and referral generation.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or a College Diploma is good to have, but not necessary.
- Licensing: A valid Alberta HLLQP Insurance License is good to have, but not necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products & services. We will provide training.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or CRM software is good to have, but not necessary. We will provide training.
