What You'll Do:

1. Educate clients on concepts like debt management, saving strategies, insurance protection, and investment basics
2. Build and manage a portfolio of clients through personalized financial needs assessments
3. Assist families in making informed financial decisions by providing product recommendations from leading Canadian providers
4. Attend weekly trainings and workshops to develop product knowledge, compliance understanding, and client communication skills
5. Work independently while being mentored by experienced leaders

What We're Looking For:

• Self-starters with strong communication skills and a desire to help others
• Individuals seeking either a part-time side project or full-time career path
• No prior experience required – full training and licensing support provided
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to complete required provincial licensing (LLQP for insurance)
• Students, recent grads, and career changers are welcome
