Additional Information: This full-time position requires flexible shifts, as our contact centre operates 24/7, including rotational days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours will be between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

This position is fully remote; applicants must reside within Alberta.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leads, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional personalized service to our members. Your responsibilities include connecting via online or phone to identify sales opportunities, resolve issues, process transactions, and offer sound financial advice.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering member inquiries and providing exceptional service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video calls.
  • Demonstrating excellent sales techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals, alongside a professional telephone manner and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Providing consistent member experience by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to match members with suitable products and solutions.
  • Assisting members with technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking (e.g., password resets, database updates, security tasks).
  • Participating in individual, team, and corporate campaigns while maintaining call quality standards.

To qualify, you need at least 2 years of successful sales experience with measurable targets, preferably in customer service or retail banking, and a high school diploma.

Valuable assets include:

  • Call centre experience
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields
