Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Financial Accountant to coordinate core financial accounting, reporting and control activities for the Canada division. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate period close, compliance with IFRS and internal controls across manufacturing accounting and tax processes.

The role covers monthly reporting, balance sheet governance, audits and intercompany reconciliations, with exposure to GST/HST, payroll accounting and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audit requests and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
