Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our established finance department in East London. You will manage month-end close, general ledger processes, and financial statement preparation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include posting journal entries, reconciling GL accounts, supporting monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and assisting with audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
