Job summary

Robertson & Company Ltd. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale Finance Transformation program using Oracle ERP. The role involves guiding feasibility, planning, design, and deployment, coordinating with Deloitte, Oracle, and finance leaders.

Hybrid work in Toronto or Mississauga (2x per week) with an initial 6-month contract and extension potential. You will manage budgets, timelines, risks, and executive communications, delivering finance modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business/finance/IT field.
• 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record delivering finance transformation programs across the full finance lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Finance implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of a large-scale Finance Transformation program focused on Oracle ERP.
• Partner with finance leadership, technology teams, Deloitte, Oracle, and stakeholders to set scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery plans.
• Manage activities across feasibility, planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, reporting, costing, risk, compliance, and technology.
